We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.
If an order is returned to Dosie's Dulces due to an incorrect shipping address you will NOT get a refund. (DOUBLE check your shipping address) You may email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of order being placed if you notice a wrong address was submitted at time of checkout.
Once order is marked as DELIVERED, you wont get a refund unless your package was damaged and you send proof within 24 hours. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
There is a reship fee of $9 for orders that are returned due to incorrect address or any other reason. Unfortunately, we are not refunded the postage cost for the first package shipment and it’ll cost us twice for a reshipment. If your order has been shipped, you will need to contact USPS so they can correct address before it arrives.
In the case where the tracking says “delivered” but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS file a claim. Please make sure to submit the correct address. Once your package leaves our premises, we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you pay for us to send for you.
Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds on lost, damaged or melted products.
Once package is dropped off at the post office, the liability is now between you and USPS; however, we want you to receive your order and we will do our best to help you find your package and resolve any issues.
